American Leadership Expert Coming to Australia In June 2016!

Dr. Michael Brenner is the founder and president of Right Chord Leadership®, LLC. As an international leadership consultant, executive coach, speaker, author, university lecturer and professional musician, Michael helps leaders at all levels strengthen the essential skills needed to foster great performance. His expertise and academic background–he holds a doctorate in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University and a master's degree in Adult and Organizational Development from Temple University–help his clients improve performance, increase employee engagement, and run more profitable organizations. Michael is also a professional saxophonist with 25 years of experience performing for audiences. He combines his two passions—music and leadership development—to create and deliver learning events with impact. His professional development programs, coaching sessions and keynotes provide fresh perspectives and new models for working together more productively and purposefully. Michael has designed and taught courses in negotiations, systems dynamics, interpersonal relations, organizational behavior, persuasion and influence, and sociology of work at Immaculata University, La Salle University and Temple University. He is Past President of the Greater Philadelphia chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and has been a featured speaker at many industry events and conferences. In the summer of 2015, Michael had the privilege of delivering several workshops for large audiences in Sri Lanka. Michael holds certifications in Customer Service Excellence from Sigma Service Solutions, 360-Degree Assessment Delivery from the Center for Creative Leadership, and Crucial Conversations (based on the New York Times bestseller). He is on the HR Committee of the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey and is frequently featured in TD Magazine and other publications.
