Just as my Saddle Club dreams were all coming true, I fell ill seemingly overnight at the age of 14 & was diagnosed with a rare incurable neuroinflammatory autoimmune disease leaving me partially hemiplegic.
I am a registered Elite Athlete with UniSA, as a National level Dressage & Show rider. I have had the pleasure of being consistently named on state teams and squads since 2016.
I share my story of grief, suicide awareness and journey in elite sport to inspire anyone with a dream or facing difficulties. I also raise awareness of disability & inclusion in a largely inaccessible society, and how these barriers can be removed.
