GJ Gardner started GJ Gardner Homes on Queensland’s sunshine coast in 1983, when he recognised the demand for affordable housing, built on time and to budget, Greg built the business to eight offices building a 1000 homes per year, with a staff of 130 (sixty five office staff and sixty five sales staff) he decided to franchise the business in 1995. With the business now operating with 80 franchises spread across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Germany and America now building 2700 fully custom homes each year, Greg has a wealth of knowledge, in construction, franchising, marketing, sales, sales management and leadership
