Corporate Team Building through fun and fitness – Putting your team through the hoops!

A Circus Workshop is a unique Team building event, providing an opportunity for participants to partake in an exciting range of experiences and develop unique skills that transfer to a good healthy working team environment.

Conducted by an experienced teacher and fitness professional to inspire and engage your corporate group.

*no physical prerequisites to participate in Workshops. Participants can wear tracksuit pants, jeans, shorts or leggings with a singlet or t-shirt.

Options

Standard workshops —60-90minutes for whole team and 2 hour smaller groups.

An individual workshop structure and program can be designed to suit your staff and company requirements.

When you book a workshop it includes equipment hire.

Included in the workshops is a 5 minute performance with hoops by Sparky

The workshop begins with warm up and stretch activities to warm up the body and mitigate the risk of injury. The workshop then moves onto a combination of individual and group activities and training. Participants will achieve a sense of working together and supporting one another, while the circus skills allow participants to stretch out of their comfort zone to build confidence in a supportive environment. and an ultimate feeling of achievement.

A reflection session at the end of the workshop which is co-facilitated with a leader or representative from your workplace is encouraged. This ensures transfer of skills learnt back into your workplace and ensuring return on investment.


ACTIVITIES INCLUDED:

Games and Conditioning – Games are fun and an excellent icebreaker! They enable participants to step out of their comfort zone. Conditioning exercises are necessary to build and maintain strength and flexibility. These skills teach co-ordination, body positioning and strength conditioning, necessary to achieve confidence and trust.

Hula Hoops – Hooping works the waist and thighs, tones the abs and is a good cardiovascular workout that helps co-ordination. It relieves anxiety, increases flexibility and strengthens your back.
