Edgar Muenala is a unique artist among his own generation, a composer, songwriter and a pan flute extraordinaire who combines ancient tunes with new age sensibility. Edgar relates to music much in the way of an ongoing journey, Edgar Muenala is an independent artist based in British Columbia, he has traveled across the world for the past 21 years sharing his music with all types of crowds. In February of 2010, he was featured at the stage of the Vancouver Winter Olympics Game in 2010.

Edgar enjoyed his first professional music engagement when he was 15 years old, playing guitar and violin and pan-flutes. His aspirations as a musician led him to travel to France, Germany, Spain and Portugal where he further pursued a performing career while attending various cultural events and concerts.
For the next several years, Edgar continued to travel abroad while at the same time honing his skills in music composition and orchestration. Edgar has embraced the technological advances in music, sound and design Demonstrating his innovative approach to music and the diversity of his own musical training, Edgar’s Evolution (2003) combines classical elements and opened up exciting new areas where Edgar could grow further develop his talent and explore new idea to fusion tunes from east and west.
Edgar continued to work in the specialized field of music and sound design for advertising, corporate events and festivals. During this period, he produced 8 albums and 2 DVD’s of live performances of his own music and of other World Artists.
