Fabio Robles had already attained the prestigious qualification of ‘Maestro Superior de

Danzas Folkloricas’ and was a registered dance teacher in Argentina when he arrived

in Australia in 1981, when he was only 14 years old.

Fabio Robles undertook his first professional tour with Emilio Brizuela’s Company at the age of seven. He subsequently won scholarships to study at the Conservatorium Gartell in Buenos Aires - Argentina.

Recognized internationally as a virtuoso dancer of the traditional Malambo, Fabio Robles pioneered Latin American Dance throughout Australia, as a performer, teacher and choreographer.

He began producing shows in 1988, and since has directed and choreographed the launch of the Arts 21, Ole Ola Latin American Dance Spectacular,  Tango with the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, Ritmo Argentina,  Melbourne Moomba Festival, Tango- The Passion of Piazzola, plus

numerous stage shows for various clients such as Crown Casino, Good Morning Australia, Qantas and Breast Cancer Foundation, just to name a few.

In 1992 Fabio was cast as the lead actor and dancer in Spanglish feature film “Mucho Macho” .

He is being recognized as the most outstanding choreographer and director in Latin American culture.

Fabio has shared stages with many great names in the industry of national and internationally known artists, thus earning the respect and support of Australian and Latin American communities in Australia.

In 2003 Fabio was awarded by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Governor General of the Commonwealth of Australia, Peter Hollingsworth, and His Excellency’s in Command, Prime Minister, John Howard a Centenary Medal to mark his achievements for services to multicultural music and Latin American Communities of Australia.

Today, Fabio’s name is synonymous with passion, amor and charisma.
