Picture your guests arriving at your ceremony and being greeted by the warm, inviting sounds of an instrumental guitar piece, then imagine walking down the aisle to an acoustic-guitar version of a song by your favourite artist.... After exchanging vows, you may want to hear another favourite song during the signing of the register..... then it's time to treat your guests to some laid-back acoustic tunes while they mingle and celebrate, and you spend time with your photographer. You may chose to continue with live music through the main meal and festivities, or you may want to simply plug-in the ipod....but you can rest assured that the first half of your celebration has been a success, with smooth transitions through the various stages of your special day. Sydney-Wedding-Guitarist caters to functions within the Sydney Metropolitan region, The Hunter, Illawarra, Blue Mountains and Southern Highlands. Due to the individual nature of weddings, we liaise closely with couples to ensure you receive exactly what you have envisioned for your special day. This service includes free consultations, song recommendations, DJ referrals, and venue walk-overs (if required). Part of our package also includes learning special requests at no extra cost, for a fully customized event. Our most popular package provides music for the 'Prelude-Ceremony-and Cocktail Hour' stages of the day - which lasts for 3 to 4 hours - but other packages can be tailored to suit your needs.
