In most instances when events are more than 2 hours travel from these locations we would request overnight accommodation also be provided to our musicians at the cost of the client.
We are available to fly to locations interstate, overseas, or within Queensland if the client covers the costs of airfares, excess luggage, transfers, overnight accommodation, and production (PA, lighting, operator) for our musicians.

*Stage or area for band set up at least 3m wide by 2m deep, alternatively 2m wide by 3m deep. If outdoors, MUST be under cover & an alternate indoor location in mind if bad weather occurs. Stage area must be on a clean, dry, hard flat surface (please not grass or dirt).
*Events with over 350 guests in attendance we require client to cater to our production needs (PA, stage lighting, and sound engineer). Otherwise we can outsource & add the extra production costs to our quote.
*For events that run longer than 2 hours, meals & non-alcoholic drinks would be appreciated for our crew.
*For events in CBD areas where only paid parking is available, parking costs at the venue or nearby covered by the client would be appreciated, otherwise these costs may be factored into our fee.
*A green room is preferred for our crew to relax in during our breaks. If no room is available a small area to store our equipment cases & another suitable area for us to eat & relax in would be great.
