Beat Around The Bush have been playing the folk circuit for over 25 years. We have played countless weddings, bush dances, school shows and festivals. Our dances are a heap of fun with traditional dances being altered for an extra twist, under the great direction of our great caller Maggie. The music ranges from traditional Celtic tunes and ballads.. The group consists of: Bruce Stephens on lead vocals, guitar and mandolin. Phil Carroll on accordion, flute, whistles and vocals and Maggie on fiddle. plus for an extended band we can add drums and bass.
