Jason is one of 's up and coming great musical talents.' Having already clocked up hundreds of performances across and the World he is also the current National Fingerstyle guitar champion. Jason is a versatile performer. Capable of playing both as a solo instrumentalist in the style of Tommy Emmanuel, Chet Atkins etc. and is also an capable vocalist with a repertoire of top 40 and classic songs as well as country, jazz and blues pieces.
Jason is an engaging performer who leaves audiences spellbound by his acoustic guitar magic everywhere he goes. He is also an experienced clinician having run classes for music stores and festivals across Queensland .
As a teenager, Jason honed his craft in nearly every conceivable style and outfit from backing country singers at festivals to pub rock groups, jazz trios, Acoustic duo’s, solo acoustic instrumental performances, Latin ensembles, and twenty piece big bands.
Jason moved to Brisbane in 2002 after exhausting his learning possibilities in North Queensland and has since studied towards a bachelor of music at QUT under jazz guitar virtuoso James Sherlock and Golden guitar winner Michael Fix. He has since played all over South East Queensland for corporate functions, clubs, bars, and private events.
Currently recording his second solo album on the verge of a European tour, Jason is ready and rearing to perform.
